I am a little late on posting a review but having a baby and taking care of my little squirt has definitely taken over my life 😂

Lauren was one of the best things to come into my life during my pregnancy! She was extremely professional yet down to earth and friendly. The whole global pandemic really set back a lot of my plans during pregnancy, I could only have one person in triage and two support people during the birth.

Lauren came to my home to help me labor in comfort for as long as possible. She offered so many different techniques to try to keep me calm and manage my pain. This poor woman not only a witness to me puking but also got caught in the splash zone. 😭 In the hospital she helped me with a few different positions and was so supportive of all of my decisions. She kept me on track and distraction especially when my hubby needed some rest of his own. I literally don’t think I would have been able to make it through without her.

But her care did not stop there. She came out after we left the hospital to give me and my husband some time to shower while she watched the baby and took care of some housework. She also helped us first time parents out with our little ones first bath. Lauren is so amazing and I absolutely would recommend her services from doula to photographer to babysitter! Having her has been a true blessing!

Lauren helped me with getting my placenta encapsulation!! She was always fast and willing to help with anything during the processes! Drove all the way to home to drop off the pills! she was amazing! Definitely recommend her if you are looking to save your placenta !

Words can't begin to express the level of gratefulness and satification I have with Lauren's services. First I must say that it is very clear when a person is just going through the steps of their job or they are passionate and gifted to do the job. I believe Lauren is the later, both passionate and gifted. I will forever be thankful for Lauren because she was the perfect combination of a coach, emathetic motivator, and my advocate. I truely believe that without her assistance I would not have the birth story I prayed for. From the prenatal visit she not only made my nervous husband feel at peace but she also made me feel at peace. By answering all my questions it helped me to mentally prepare and her homework physically prepared for the birth. She also was a huge asset during my last follow ups with my midwifes, by making sure I was asking all the needed questions. Second during the labor and birth she worked so well to support my needs, by seamlessly assisting my husband so that he could best support me. Lastly, she worked side by side with the hospital staff to progress my labor. I know I would have never had a successful VBAC without her!

She came to help when I was a few days postpartum and losing my mind. I was having issues feeding and she helped me get set up pumping, which was a lifesaver, cleaned, gave me time to shower, and continued to check-in before and after the session! Highly recommend!!
